Versatile

Blends exceptionally well with other ingredients. Does not gel when used in a marinade that requires refrigeration.

Light Taste

Clean Flavour that enhances the flavour of food. Does not transfer food tastes. Does not leave unwanted aromas or greasy textures. Allows the flavour of herbs and spices to dominate when used in marinades and salad dressings.
